How is this the worlds dumbest? It looks like some guy trying to commit suicide by being run over. To be REALLY dumb, it would be totally unintentional or something. You know, like trying to pull a drill through a board from the bottom, and drilling a hole in their head. I mean, "AFTER ALL, ALL they wanted to do was drill from the other side of the board because it was better, RIGHT?".
