Best Domain Registration Site

I have decided to use Host Gator for my hosting as they seem to be the host of choice by many of the warriors here. And after
reading their site I feel confident that they can and will provide all of the features and support I will need.

But, I really haven't chosen a domain registration site yet.Although I have reviewed several such as Go Daddy, 1and1, etc.,and I
am trying to compare features as well as price. As far as service, theirs really no way to know until you've been there.

So I have found one called ActiveDomain.com that charges $2.85 per year
per domain for registration. They appear to offer about the same features as most of the others an also a (60) day money back guarantee. Also a pro-rated refund later on if you decide to leave early.

If anyone is familiar with or has any experience with this site I would appreciate anything you care to share about them.

Thanks^v^

Another web site hosted by hostek.com!
I'd go with godaddy or namecheap.

I use a company called domainswithus.com - while they are not the cheapest, I like them because they answer the phone.

I have 25 domains with them and have used them for 5 years now. I have one with godaddy - some sale.

You would be wise however if you have anything to do with email or MLM to read the many horror stories in this forum about godaddy and their gestapo routine of extorting money from people that make a mistake - or actually are unfairly accused of spam - they do shoot now, ask questions later (after you pay $200) to get your domain back.

When you hear someone telling you what YOU can't do, they are usually talking about what THEY can't do.
