I didn't read all the comments, but a lot were RIGHT! I HATE the idea that a person, REGARDLESS of age or sex, could just be run down like this and NOBODY seems to care, but it IS almost against the law to help. If you even TOUCH them, you may be considered the culprit. If you inform, same thing! SAD, but TRUE! The SAME is true of the US. Some may have CARED, but FOUGHT the urge to stay out o the media, courts, and JAIL!
