You shouldn't ask that question in this section. There is a marketing section on this forum where you can ask that question.

anyway, what's so special with level 2 Yahoo Answers Accounts?

The fact that they're "pre-qualified" to leave answers with clickable links in them, I think?

    Welcome, Vikasji.

You probably asked in the right place, I think, because your question clearly isn't about marketing or making money, per se, but about what's permitted in the Warrior Forum.

I may be mistaken, but I think that the answer's probably "no", because selling Yahoo accounts isn't allowed by Yahoo's terms of service, and nothing's allowed in this forum that encourages or condones the breaching of any other site's terms of service. I'll be interested to see others' replies (especially if I got it wrong!).

Not at all - I don't have to be right, either: the last time I had a discussion with someone about something being in the wrong "department" it turned out one of the moderators had just moved it there ...

Actually, the reason for getting Level 2 Yahoo Answer accounts is because the links become clickable. In Level 1, you can post URLs, but they aren't clickable.

This probably not only helps SEO, but can create direct traffic.

Exactly as already explained in post #3 above, you mean?!

No, not exactly. Notice how your comment "I think" in post #3 has a question mark after it and my post ended with a period? To me, both "I think" and the question mark you used showed you weren't giving a definitive answer and weren't sure of the proper answer. I was sure of mine.

Do I need to explain the difference between a question and a statement, or can you now see that the two are really NOT "exactly" the same?

That is, unless you are a big fan of Jeopardy and always express answers in the form of a question...Maybe you're confusing "Alex" (Trebeck) with "Alexa"?

The fact that they're "pre-qualified" to leave answers with clickable links in them, I think?

                Ooh, well done.

I hope you'll score something extra for that, in whatever the game is that you're talking about (sorry - I have actually heard of it, but we don't get that one in Europe, as far as I know, and I have no idea who "Trebeck" is ).

To be honest, I noticed your post only when alerted to do so, on getting up today, by several overnight messages from people expressing their amusement that you'd yet again "quoted" one of my posts in yet another attempt to "correct" something, but that this time the "correction" itself turned out to be something I'd already said, myself, 9 posts earlier!

Don't worry: lots of people reply without having read the thread, these days, and it wasn't the substantive question in the thread, anyway. I suspect that about half the forum already appreciates how much it means to you to try to do this sort of thing, so there's no need to feel too embarrassed. Thanks for confirming - as it turned out - with such impressive certainty my tentatively expressed statement about clickable links, and have a good weekend, Kurt.

Basically, selling reputation is unethical, and degrades the trust such systems bring. As such, it is likely that they wouldn't want it allowed.

Fiverr I'm not saying it's cool or anything, but it definitely is possible because other people do it.

    @Seasoned, absolutely agreed as usual.
