Warrior Forum was down last night

I live in Wisconsin and I noticed that the Warrior Forum has been going down a lot lately. I am not sure if it goes down everywhere at once, I suppose that depends on where the trouble is. Let's hope they find and fix the trouble soon.

I was having trouble with it a few weeks ago, but not since then.

It could be based on the area- I just found other things to do when that happened and checked back every once in a while!

Could it be scheduled maintenance? I notice the site goes down around the same time every night for some minutes.

lol. Yeah, when it happens, take a deep breath and go walk a dog or watch TV or spend some family time with loved ones, to go to a bar and socialize. :p

Ooooh okay. I thought it was some sort of site ping attack or something. Kind of like what a few individuals they did to the Playstation Network a few months ago.

It could be scheduled maintenance or their server is just set to process a lot of the logs at that time.

Even if it does go down every now and then, it's still online a lot more than most websites this size.

I couldn't get onto Warrior forum for about 4 or 5 days this week, then yesterday it was working fine again. I have no idea what happened, I'm guessing it wasn't down for everyone for 5 days straight?????

It was weird, I was thinking it must be my computer but then it started working again without me making any changes. I have no idea what happened

Next time it happens for someone they should try tracerouting to warriorforum.com and posting the results here so we can see what's going on.

I too had been unable to login to WarriorForum for the last 4-5 days. The message I received was something to do with a redirect loop. I tried IE, FF, Opera, Chrome, and Safari all with the same result.

Today I googled warriorforum and clicked a link that was NOT the home page and I got in without any problem. This is the only way I can access the forum as of today.

Below is a tracer route I did:

Here is the redirect loop message I get when I try to get to the home page.

If there is a problem; I hope someone can fix it

WF has had a lot of issues/glitches the past few weeks. You'd think an admin or somebody would post that their doing updates or having some trouble so we can at least know what's going on. Any other forum I'm on does that.

Any big forum has issues like this, I'm sure they are working on it but it would be nice to get an update But hey, it's their site, not ours

Although until last night, for about a week, I could only get in here with FireFox (not Chrome), I think Monday or Tuesday everything seemed fast and fixed (Chrome).

However as of last night my desktop will not access the forum from Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer - even after cache clearing, crap cleaner and everything else. I am writing this from my laptop in Chrome with no problem at all.

Currently running disk check on my desk top and hoping it will fix whatever has happened from all the bad calls - all browsers say there are too many redirects @warriorforum.com - no clue what that means.

I am having trouble with Chrome period at this point (on my desktop) every execution for example in Wordpress it says 'no data received' 'site is not available' - all I have to do is back arrow and then try again and it works (update/publish or whatever).

So at this point everything is so screwed up I don't know where the problem is.

As for the Forum it is working fine - but note what I am saying is you may at this point need to at least clear your cache because of all the errors over the past weeks, as maybe the forum is fixed and your PC is in a loop.

Most of the time when I see stuff like this, it is just like you said with the loop. Maybe there was a legit issue with the site when you tried going to it the first time, but then your browser is just loading the same error from its memory even after the site is fixed.

I also haven't been able to log on from my pc using any browser, but always can with my laptop.

I'm not complaining mind you, just celebrating the fact that I can get here.

Where there is a will, there is a way! I'm on my laptop now

The redirect loop error - I think that's what I had. Then after a few days it just started working again - weird. I didn't try logging in from my other laptop, I should have tried that. On my laptop though I couldn't access from either Firefox or IE.

All is good now so I'm happy

I noticed it too, might just be a database update. It happens, no site can truly guarantee 100% uptime

If it was down last night - and it's not down tonight, it's fixed. You don't usually get official explanations for something like that.

It's a huge, busy forum and occasionally there are glitches. That's normal.

BUT at work, I have no problem ... comcast vs centurylink provider, weird

This is my experience. I believe they go offline at that time for daily maintenance.

For the past week I am back to Chrome not being able to access any shape, way or form. Still good with Firefox.

This webpage has a redirect loop

The webpage at http://www.warriorforum.com/ has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
    Here are some suggestions:

Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.
