Movember - Moustache Growing Month!
Hi Guys,
Don't know whether if anyone else does this, but today is the 1st of Movember - nope, that's not a spelling mistake! It's not November for 1000's of men around the world, it's Movember!
Movember is the annual 'moustache growing month' for men's related health charities! From humble beginnings in Australia, this charity has now gone world wide, so if you see a man supporting a new growth of stubble in the moustache area over the next few days and perhaps later on in the month, some outrageous handle bar / wing commander styles, it could well be due to Movember!
This year's charities include;
The Prostate Cancer Charity
The Institute of Cancer Research
Awareness & Education
Global Action Plan
If you feel that you would like to support the charity, but can't grow a moustache 'in support' for whatever reason; I'd be grateful if you could give the above a mention somewhere in the next day or so to raise the often neglected issues of men's health.
You won't earn any money from this, but you'll be doing a good turn for funding research into some horrible 'male' related diseases.
