I ordered a backlinks gig and paid $5 dollars.. minutes later they just blocked my account with no explanation. (I guess because I was using the anchors text "online jobs" and they didn't like)

I contact support and they said that I have to wait 45 days to unblock my account? WTF?

Probably I'm going to open a paypal dispute.. any same problem that you have experienced?

You have obviously violated their terms of service.
There are other threads on this forum where others have had their accounts banned with a lot more money in them that you have.

It seems you will get your $5 back after 45 days.

      Lesson learned I guess.

Did you write the phrase "online jobs" directly on Fiver? When I order there I never write any kind of detail of my jobs on their site. I do it in a .txt send the file as an attachment, so that they don't see what I write.

It doesn't sound like a scam to me - rather TOS violation as highlighted.

Thank you for your replies.. I found this in the TOS

Posting or sending adult, illegal, rude, abusive, improper, copyright protected, promotional, spam, violent, nonsense or any uncool stuff is strictly prohibited. Doing so will get your account blocked permanently.

Probably order using an anchor text like "online jobs" is a kind of Spam or "uncool stuff"

@Alex Barboza: My fault was had written this words directly... I'm going to follow your advice next time

Kind of harsh to just call them a scam without reading the entire Terms before doing anything.

I never spend money without checking over the terms. It's too dangerous.

You should change the title lol.

It is good to learn TERMS and CONDITIONS before start using any sites. It is probably a good advice for online users.

Some days it seems half the complaining posts here (or more) about adsense, domain registrars, free blogs or fiverr, etc are problems that could have been avoided if people would only read the terms BEFORE they violate them
