Need some help on a new Wordpress install.

I just installed a new wordpress blog and I am getting this white bar in my admin panel and in on my pages. Any idea what is causing this? I have checked out a few forums and learnt that certain plugins can cause this. Thing is, i haven't installed any plugings. Any help would be appreciated. Here's a screenshot. Ta.

    Sounds like the graphic didn't upload properly?

      Thanks for the reply KimW. I just tried the site in Firefox (I use Chrome) and there doesn't seem to be any problem. I also cleared my browsing history in Chrome and the problem seems to have disappeared. :confused:
