      I'll be fine, I'm as stubborn as a mule and will be pacing myself. Got 4 weeks to get some more practice in too, build up my rowing muscles again. I miss it to be honest. There's something very relaxing about listening to the clunk of the oars in the rowlocks - I love it.

      I'll also be rowing right past the entrance to Frenchman's Creek which some of you may have heard of from reading the book by the same name by the world famous authoress and novelist Daphne du Maurier.

      The worst thing will be timing this spot on to coincide with the tide. There's no way I'm rowing against the tide going both upstream and down again, I'm not that daft lol.
