20 Minutes Per Week Workout
I go to the gym a few times per week, so I'm going to try it. The essence of the system is to do very long, slow reps -10 seconds up, 10 seconds down (hence, the title). Do only 1 set of about 6 exercises per session.
The diet info looks good too, though not unique. Natural foods, stay away from sugar, white flour, plenty of greens, drink lots of water etc.
Has anyone tried this type of workout? It sure sounds like a time saver, if nothing else.
