Working out of a sunny destination

My plan this January is to work out of Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Since I live in Toronto, I though it would be a great idea to work out of there to beat the winter a little. This is my first year doing this and thanks to the virtual aspects of our businesses we can do it with the right outsourcing and plan in place
What I am wondering is if there is any fellow warriors going to be there in the month of January. What I am also looking for is a place to live out that has good reliable WiFi so I can work on my projects with my workstation (laptop and another monitor). Close to the 5th Ave area. Pirice range up to $1200 per month.
