HELP,Can you activate plugins with logging on?

Hi,
I've got into a situation here.....I accidentally deactivated my WP Super Cache plugin, now I can't log into the site because of capacity overloads.

Its a ridiculous situation...I know how to fix it, by turning my plugin back on, but if I cant log in to the back office to turn it on, how can I fix it????

Is there a way to turn my plugins back on...maybe through my FTP or something???

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. If you know how please explain step by step in layman's terms, I'm not a real tech kind of guy, LoL

    This is just a shot in the dark, but did you clear your browser cache?
    Also try going into your database management and see if you can do a repair on the database.
    You may have to clear the database fields for the plugin also.
