Hardware builder needs software assistance!

Like the title says, I build computers, starting with a frame, adding the power supply, mother board, RAM, Video cards, sound card, CPU, Hard Drives. Now I wish to make money marketing online, but I don't know much about anything, especially how to make web pages work with domains.
I have 2 domains, hosted by Go-Daddy, but currently, if you were to visit them, you'd probably LOL because there is nothing there. So I post here, to ask which forum should I go to to find help with getting the domains, hooked up and web pages attached?
I would really like to have a nice, simple answer. If simple is allowed here.

    Godaddy DOES rent whole or part domains, but OFTEN people say domain when hey mean domain NAME. Godaddy sells domain NAMES, also. If you buy the NAME under the DOMAIN, they SHOULD "hook it up" for you. If not, they keep changing the specifics on getting it to work.

    As for attaching web pages? There are FOUR ways!

    1. Create a simple HTML book of sorts, and put it in the document root.
    2. Create certain objects, and put THEM in the document and maybe bin roots. They might have to be connected using #1.
    3. Create scripts and put them in the bin and maybe document roots. They may have to be connected using #1, and may need other resources setup.
    4. Any combination of the above.

    NOW, if you DO have both with godaddy, and say so, someone might be able to simplify it a bit, but there are STILL a lot of variables, given your question.
