May Want to Short Best Buy Stock
Just reading that Best Buy, less than 72 hours before Xmas, is cancelling Black Friday online orders because it cannot deliver on all the great deals it promised.
Just a hunch, but a class action lawsuit is probably in its future. If you were a juror and Best Buy was ruining your neighbor's Xmas and making kids cry, what do you think you would do?
The stock is already down almost a third for the year as the company is getting hammered by Amazon.
Plenty of threads on the forum about making money promoting Amazon. Don't seem to recall anyone talking about how much money they made promoting Best Buy's affiliate program.
Lesson of the day: don't sell an item unless you have it in stock.
