Yep... did a few kids parties MANY years ago -- back when Hank Lee was about the only game in town, lol. Couln't wait for their seasonal newsletters & yearly catalogs to arrive!

I still go to penguinmagic's site to view the new arrivals.

But to me, nothing's better than impromptu with everyday item things that make a spectator's eyes bug out.

I went to Hank Lee's once when I was very young (and hew as too!).
My sister went to colege in Boston and lived in Brookline and I visited her for a week once.
That was also back when Max Maven was still going by his birth name.

Anyways, the reason I asked was I was giving away a few old tricks I had and if any Warriors were interested they could have had them, but there doesn't seem to be any interest so will probably go to EBay.

I can make ice cream disappear like it's nobody's business. Does that count?

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, someone changes the rules.

I've been into occult for quite some time now, if that counts.
I'm not sure if by "magician" you mean stage performing magic, or occult magic, also referred as magick.

When I was younger I used to be into magic. But slowly got bored of it, largely because I couldn't seem to successfully false shuffle a deck and gave up.

I didn't comment because I saw no purpose in the thread being revived after 7 months.CrowX, your definitions or area of questions is too broad.
There is a lot more magic, majik, magik, magick out there that just stage and occult.,and when someone like myself sees you say something like this,"or occult magic, also referred as magick.",well, you are not entirely incprrect.but not correct rither.
    Maybe I'll explain more later.

    Chris,
I could show you how to false shuffle a deck on less than 5 minutes.
Among beginners in magic its how many tricks can you do, you know, "I can do 100 different tricks".
Among long timers its"I can do 10 tricks, and I do all of them well".

By the way, never too late to start again.

We used to have a member named lawrh that was into magic too. I think about him but havem't a clue where he went.

I was a very, very, very, VERY long time ago. My mom, may she rest in peace,
was my assistant. It was almost like a comedy routine because she was such
      a klutz with the props.

Those were good times and I miss them...a lot.
