When a project is winding down, in its final stages,
i find my self procrastinating, in all reality,
i even get some what depressed.

Yeah i know weird. weird , weird.

but i am curious, anybody else go through this?
or does any body have any idea why this happens?

For me the bigger the project, and the more intense the work was
the bigger the let down, when its finally done.

In my mind, i should be over joyed and ready to move on.
But i never am.

Its because you love to see skyrocketing numbers. Once the bullet hits the top you are ready to move on, but there is still more work to do before you can. Completing a project with your full heart is what determines whether the next will also skyrocket alot of times.

    Keep your chin up!

Ps. One way is to start creating work that completes itself from the moment of launch for the most part. Its pre-done and digitally delivered.

Thanks john, since you were able to identify why, im guessing that means im not the only one that goes though it.

That in itself, makes me feel better
and helps me realize its just one more hurdle,
like any other to over come.

So, ill just pull my head out of my ass, and move on

It's fun to "fly the Concorde," that's probably why. Using your talent is a rush...it has to be because that's what you do.
