Is LibertyReserve reliable???
Hello all warriors,
I want to know that is Liberty Reserve company (located in Costa Rica) is reliable. This company does not provide any transaction facility with our local banks directly as paypal does but says that you have to contact the exchangers.
Upon asking is there any exchanger in the specific country then even do not support in this and say you have to find out yourself, this is against our TOS to tell.
So kindly tell me how reliable they are and if they are then what exchanger is good in India.
