Where was my upsell offer?
This isn't an affiliate post - hard drive on my desk top crashed, and fortunately, it was backed up using carbonite. While it did take some time to restore it to another computer, it was very easy. Yes, I know there may be less expensive ways to back up data. But, carbonite is convenient ... and, it had the latest data from the computer....
So, I should be happy, right? Yes, I'm happy I had what I did... but... they came out with new features that I would have paid for, and I never saw anything promoting it. I didn't receive the email that said they now could also back up computer programs, too.
Takaway - carbonite is more than worth the annual subscription fee when you need it.... and, back up your programs too... it's a real time saver
