Base on experience, Google Chrome is faster than Safari. Safari is also a good browser, but when comparing it to the browsing/searching speed of Google Chrome, the latter one is the best. However, I will absolutely prefer Google Chrome than any other browsers if they will find a way to put some addons on it like the ones in Mozilla Firefox.

I prefer Google chrome. It doesnt consume much of your RAM and CPU memory usage.

They are both really good browsers, it seems. It would be too hard to say.

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, someone changes the rules.

None of them. I use firefox, the best one by a mile. Never had any speed problems and the add-ons are great.

Way back before, everyone was, I guess was using Internet Explorer. Then came Mozilla Firefox. Shortly after, Google Chrome arrived. Then Apple made its own too, Safari. Then we have Opera as well now.

If you would ask me, Google Chrome tops the list. The browsing speed that you get in using Chrome is exceptional, meaning less lags, not prone to frozen and/or stuck pages. Internet Explorer is already a part of my past now lol, but I still use it occasionally. Firefox is also god but I just don't like the add-ons or plug-ins associated with it. I minimally use Safari so I still cannot tell up to now how good it is. With Opera, i haven't used it honestly

I prefer Firefox, mainly because of the many great plugins. They are a must for me when I work with SEO.
