    Kim is basically right. As I understand it, most of today's intense graphic games have ridiculously high resolution, and require a lot of speed, so you need REAL high end CPUs and graphics cards and the GRAPHICS CARDS are practically supercomputers in themselves.

    It's best to assemble a computer with a good graphics card and CPU for optimum performance. You can go through Tom's Hardware website to check out the different kind of configurations.

    I actually usually recommend a custom built for anyone that asks me what brand I recommend,because in my opinion no matter what your going to do with it you can almost always get more bang for your buck as they say.

    I would also give my customers a check sheet of the different parts and options and why they may or may not want them. Them I would ask the million dollar question:"How much do you want to spend on it?"

    Of course included in the price was me building it and testing it before they took possession of it. Plus I gave support on all the parts for as long as the manufacturer warranted them.
