Can anyone go to this domain...

Whenever I want to go to a website, I just type in the domain name into the url field and press Ctrl+Enter. I know a lot of people go to a search engine and type in the domain name and click on the 1st result.

Anyways, I went to check out obama - Google Search but for some reason Google keeps coming up! Okay, the issue is not that I condone or condemn this domain name but just the fact that I cannot go there.

Can anyone else reach ImpeachObama.com?? :confused:

    I tried it and got the same results as you. Perhaps Google and the Obama Administration have an "understanding."

      Yeah, I thought that was the case too but you can do a search for Obama impeach and get real sites. I wonder what's up...

      What we discovered added to the intrigue. Barack Obama is being packaged by some very resourceful people who anticipated what the opposition would do. They preemptively registered every possible anti-obama web name in the popular dot com TLD and pointed them to favorable Google™ search results. Obamalies.com, impeachobama.com, and antiobama.com were all registered in July of 2004 to the same anonymous registrar:

    If you search impeach obama you will find over 2,000,000 sites with this subject and name. There are over 1,000,000 results for "impeach obama". I didn't bother looking to see if impeachobama.com was one of the 1,000,000+ but the return to a generic search results page would suggest that you have the url wrong.
