OK...

I know there are a lot of knowledgeable music fans here so I thought this might be of interest.

I was watching "Pawn Stars" on SyFy the other night and this guy brings in
Les Paul's '61 SG.
He's Les' nephew and it's verified as authentic.

It's valued at $250,000.

Pawn Stars offers him $90,000 and he takes it!

    Who valued it at $250,000?

    $90k guaranteed against a guesstimate of $250k.

Perhaps he just needed money quickly.

Lot of questions need answering before judgement can be passed.

Why do garden gnomes smell so bad?
So that blind people can hate them as well.

I saw that show too. Its easy for me to say,but I think I would have let it go to an auction instead of taking the 90K,
There is a lot of R&R history there.

Oh,it was Les Pauls nephew, but it wasn't Les Paul's guitar. it was his wife's.
