Anyone experienced with moneybookers?

Hi All!

I need some help regarding moneybookers.com card verification.

I've added a card, they charged me a random amount between $1-$3. To verify my card I entered the amount at moneybookers and they said It was wrong. I entered the amount again after waiting 24 hrs, same result again .

So, I tried to contact them. But.......

Got no email address.
No live support.
They do have a telephone, during british business hours with the call rate of 25p per minute.



I sent a complain, but they are not reacting since 24 hours.

    I'm afraid that all more or less typifies my own experiences of dealing with them.

    I did manage to open an account with them, and have used it successfully (this was a couple of years ago), and still have the account but would only ever use it as a last resort.

    Their idea of "customer service" certainly seemed (at that time) to leave just about everything to be desired, and I hear from others that they commonly take more than a week to reply to a simple email.

    Other Warriors may have more up-to-date information than I've offered, though.
