Mexico Meth Bust: Army Finds 15 Tons Of Pure Methamphetamine

GUADALAJARA, Mexico -- The historic seizure of 15 tons of pure methamphetamine in western Mexico, equal to half of all meth seizures worldwide in 2009, feeds growing speculation that the country could become a world platform for meth production, not just a supplier to the United States.

The sheer size of the bust announced late Wednesday in Jalisco state suggests involvement of the powerful Sinaloa cartel, a major international trafficker of cocaine and marijuana that has moved into meth production and manufacturing on an industrial scale.

      Kind of makes you wonder how much they didn't "find", eh?


      Just a thought...aren't there a lot of guys fighting for warlords and the taliban who use bhang, or other substances to get high? Couldn't we just get those guys hooked on meth?

      It would kind of be like killing two turds with one stone...(so to speak) - then, instead of selling drugs to buy arms...they would eventually be selling their arms to buy drugs - or just killing the drug cartels for them...:rolleyes:

        That's a good idea, that. Is there a website where you can submit black op sabotage ideas to the "behind the scene" people?
        Anthrax would probably be a better option though.

    LOL - now really funny is the meth heads awake for 3 weeks straight assembling the guns.

    The guns fire backwards or explode rather than to kill any innocent people.

    Either way no more taliban and no more cartels.

      Very tired argument.

      If it is not there they can demand it all they want but it isn't there.

      If it is there they will demand it.


      and guess what they can cook it up themselves - they don't need imports.

      Druggies are sick - not that you can't hold them responsible to but I am tired of particularly Mexico saying all their violence and trouble is our fault because of our veracious drug appetites.
