Riddle thread

OFF TOPIC

this is sort of a riddle, you guys can share your own if you want. When I was a kid visiting family in flordia I spent a few days with my uncle and I remember him being quite the fan of hot sauce. And one day he had me try some, and within minutes my mouth was on fire, my eyes were watering and even sticking my tongue under the faucet for over an hour didn't help. Yet my uncle could drink this stuff down like water with no problem

(I don't know if that's the right brand or not) but the question is, why could my uncle handle it without issue yet just a little bit had me all messed up? The first person to guess, is the winner.

Haha well you all were close. He could drink the stuff down like water because he was a smoker and that dulled down his taste buds over the years.

I don't remember the brand, but over on Imgur there was a bottle of hot sauce with a label that said something like, "Warning! This sauce will make you bleed from the (behind)!"
