Nick Cannon health problems-Take care of your bodies!!!

I normally don't read these celebrity things but this one stood out for me:

Nick Cannon Retires from Radio Gig Due to Health Concerns - Nick Cannon - Zimbio

To summarize the article, Nick Cannon is having to slow down because of newly discovered blood clots in his lungs. At the end of last year he was hospitalized due to serious kidney issues. With all this coming out Nick's admitted that although he looks like he's in good shape, he hasn't been been practicing good eating and sleeping habits.

    Blood clots can cause a LOT of trouble! The lungs and kidneys are among the most susceptible. Of course, the brain and lungs are as well. So THAT could be his WHOLE problem. Unfortunately, damage is often not reversible.

    You know you must be over-doing it, when a doctor tells you that being a radio disc jockey is over-taxing and stressful...

      The body is not a machine. Even if you eat right, etc - if you are continuously sleep deprived you'll have health problems before too long.

    I was very upset to hear that Nick Cannon has an illness. I have been praying for him and his family ever since. May God be with them all and help Nick to be healed.

    I know of an herbal remedy for kidney problems. I don't know how Mr. Cannon feels about herbal/organic treatments though.

    I'm sure eating and sleeping isn't the only contributing factor, but doesn't help the situation. Even OTC Tylenol, taken incorrectly, can cause Kidney troubles. We'll not just Tylenol, but many OTC medications can cause health issues if taken incorrectly. Wishing him all the best.

      Steve, You are right. I am currently dealing with bloodclots in my leg,possibly due to the transplant.

      Kay is right,sleep deprivation can also destroy your health.Thats why it has been used for ages as a form of torture.

      Rawben: Its ironically funny that even though OTC Tylenol can hurt your kidneys if taken incorrectly or for too long or in high doses that its also basically the only OTC drug they let you take when you are in kidney failure.
