Anybody have experience with Ryan Deiss customer service?

I've been trying to contact Ryan Deiss's customer service regarding a very simple login issue for about 3 days now and it's been a very frustrating experience. They keep sending me messages that don't evidence much humanity but just say, "OK, login with...." but the password they're giving me doesn't work.

And....they list a telephone number which always (i.e. 4 times) gives only a recording saying basically, "Hi..we're not here either because we're not here or because it's off hours."

I thought Ryan Deiss made lots of money. Can't he afford better customer service than this?

The specific program I'm trying to get into is Kate Buck Jr's "Let's Get Social". I bought it a couple years ago and I heard it's been updated but I can't get into mine to check the new content. I'm assuming that I'm 'grandfathered' in the program for updates. They're acting like I should be able to get into my account, so...

It's really frustrating. Anybody got any ideas on how to get hold of those people?
