Latest and Future of Internet

What do you guys see or are into as to the future of the Internt?

I haven't even looked up what Skype is , yet.

Hula t.v. looks interesting, pick an episode and watch it.

Watched David Faustino(Bud Bundy) on Crackle with some funny epsiodes, continuing in the Married with Children t.v. show tradition.

There are so many resources and new ones coming out, I don't see how anyone can keep up.

So, anyone with or ahead of the future trends?

There are so many websites, I would'nt know where to begin or more importantly, where it ends, whats old, outdated and useless , like mouses with a rolling ball under it, or things like Compuserve and Prodigy(LOL).

I must be getting old, cause web based stuff just moves too fast to know what to keep up with.

    • Looks interesting.

We'll see if it takes off.....but lets not forget Beta tapes, mini-Disc, Laser Disc.WebTV,etc..., stuff that "looked" like a good idea and should've tooken off, but did'nt.

If it has an application that goes viral, people get used to it and can't do without it, like FaceBook, MySpace, Windows,Google, etc., it may have something.

Don't know how comfortable people are to givin Ghost that much control, especially the majority of personal user habits and applications done on home computers, in a virtual world.

Just saw in 7-11 an advertisement for Sims 3....,..who would've that that kinda crap would take off, let alone create hybrid and offshoot products.
