    Check the yellow pages. If you can't find "mailing lists" call a few mailing services or check out the chambers of commerce. The latter two won't have lists themselves but they should know where to find them.

    I bought a list once. At least 35% of my mailings came back return to sender, no forwarding address known...

    And the company swore up and down that it was an up-to-date list.

    Last time I'll do that. Hope you have better luck. If I could remember the name of the company I'd certainly list it here for you to avoid!

      We are getting 30,000 - 80,000 fresh leads daily from online and offline sources such as franchise, MLM, and home business trade shows. These are premium leads throughout the US and Canada only, and are telephone-surveyed from our call centers. Includes name, address, telephone, amount willing to invest, time frame, email, and other survey questions.

      We use these very same leads too, but my staff just does not have the time or resources to market to these massive and ever-growing lists, so we sell the surplus. Many of our customers have been buying leads from me for eight years or more, so they are highly responsive.These leads are never sold more than twice.
