Green Tea is without a doubt more healthy than coffee. It's the healthiest drink in the world. People don't like it for the taste, but I think it rocks

I drink about three cups of coffee a day ... and rarely drink tea! Prefer the flavour of coffee. I think it's been years since I've had a cup of tea!

  Coffee without a doubt, but I also brew fresh tea at home too.
  
  But nothing beats having a good high quality espresso machine and high quality espresso grinder (ones under 100 suck), for 200 you can get a Smart Grinder for all kinds of coffee and to really get any better you have to start spending 4-500+ and from there.
  
  And have to have fresh roasted beans, none of the store bought crap and never pre ground (it's already stale), ground coffee goes stale in about 15 min. But get a good machine/grinder/beans (like Red Bird). And you'll make drinks that Starbucks wishes they could do (Starbucks over roast their beans b/c their volume only allows them to use cheap beans, and then they add a ton of syrups etc... their coffee taste blahhh w/o all that extra stuff).

Mostly coffee (black) for me. Countless cups. My wife usually drinks green tea. I occasionally have a cup of Earl Grey latte (my recipe is Earl Grey tea with 1/4 hot milk added to it, and a bit of sugar)

  I have to say tea.
  
  But, I have just recently started drinking coffee. I never liked the taste before, but a couple months ago I started drinking it, and I'm finding that I've quickly become dependent on it. I used to wake up fine - never a ball of sunshine, but bearable. Now, I'm a mess, and the only thing that brings me back to any level of coherence - is coffee.
  
  I'm not sure why I ever started drinking it, but one day, I just became a coffee drinker. Perhaps the occasional coffee and baileys night cap was slowing changing me into a full time coffee drinker - who knows But I've was always a tea girl.
  
  A good cup of tea warms your insides, and doesn't give you that adrenaline spike, the shakes, then the crash, and finally resulting in the I need more coffee run. I was able to maintain a good energy level throughout the day.
  
  I think it's time I gave it up for a bit...yet I'm currently enjoying one...haha.
  
  Perhaps tomorrow.
  
  I'm starting to think coffee is not my friend.

I prefer Green tea over coffee,
I find that with coffee I get too much energy along with the jitters which isnt as productive.

With green tea I get become alert and stay that way for a long while, also green tea doesn't really give me much of a crash so thats a plus!

  Well when im not feeding my Mt dew addiction I have to turn to tea. Not sure why but was never really able to do coffee. Which is strange since just about all my family are pretty much zombified if they dont get what seems like 100 cups of coffee a day.

I practically live on Coffee.
I'm entering a bodybuilding comp in 9 weeks and I just don't eat enough carbohydrates to get me through my workouts. So Caffeine is my best buddy at the moment. If I could pump coffee intravenously I might consider it lol
