Hollywood casting sucks

Is it a wonder why blockbusters don't bust blocks anymore?

Besides the bad writing, uncreativity and cookie cutter production line movies, there are fewer and fewer classics being made.

I can't remember when the last time I paid twice or more for a movie, they SUCK so bad these days.

Have the outsourced EVERYTHING in an interest to save cash?

Take the movie John Carter for example.

The lead dude, they cast, especially action stars, shallow, gritless actors.

Are they purposefully failing for tax write offs? Probably because the book its based on is probably Public Domain, wtf, is this the basis for finding new ideas, cheapness, so they won't pay or share profit with anyone??

Look at "Clash of the Titans" dude, another flavor-less fellow, not a bad actor, maybe 2nd or 3rd tier, but he is no Robert Mitchum , Lee Marvin or Bronson , simply can't pull it off, no on-screen "wow", just another "decent" actor.

Jesus, are you saying Arnold and Stallone was the last action hero's?

At least have some production value or something, like "Bourne Identity" series, or the first "Blade".

Its like asking for coffee, and it taste and looks like milk.

Like radio, if you want decent shows, you got to listen to podcast, radio sucks big camel load, thanks to corporate take overs, no more private owned stations, thanks a lot.

No Al Pacino or DeNiro replacements?

Who the eff are these casting folks, outsource workers, are they looking for people based on how cheap they can get them?

So let me get this straight, no more actors with grit, no more westerns, no more action hero's, no more creative writers, just CGI, Animation and formula/romance/chick-flick movies?

Maybe this is also the sign of the end, besides global warming.

Are we tapped out? WTF????
