Fabrice Muamaba Collapses on Football Pitch after Heart Attack
If you're based in the UK and a footie fan you'd have heard that Fabrice Muamba who plays for Bolton FC collapsed on the pitch this evening after suffering a suspected heart attack.
He received CPR on the pitch, and defibbed by medical staff on the pitch but his heart did not start again.
As of now he was rushed to hospital and there are unconfirmed reports that paramedics were able to resuscitate him in the ambulance but personally I think he has unfortunately died due to the failed attempts by paramedics on the pitch.
My thoughts, and many football fans over here go out to Fabrices family.
