Senegal... anyone?

Nice!!

Have this business offer for Senegal but need some serious inside information about the web/marketing scene in there. I know there is at least one guy from Senegal in here, but can't find him.



Anyone knows anyone? A friend? Or maybe a friend of a friend living in there?

    I don't know if you are looking at offline (Inport/Export) or some kind
    of online business.

    I spent 10 days in Dakar in 1995 before traveling to Rabat in Morocco.
    People are very hospitable, infrastructure is not as bad as some other countries in
    Africa but like the rest of Africa doing business there comes at a price.

    Paying bribes is part of doing business throughout Africa, constant turmoil means your investment is never safe so tread carefully.

      Contacts are already made and process is now ongoing. I just need someone local to whom I can ask for informations on a constant basis.

      I can get some clues about the web/marketing scene doing some Google searches, but I would love to find out one warrior living in there: win/win situation

    I can't speak about what's going on the ground there but...

    ...their national dance company is thunderous.

    A lady talked me into taking her to see them back in the late 80's and I anticipated the worst but they blew me away with only drums.

    If you ever get a chance to check them out I guarantee you'll love them.
