WTF? Boston Pizza "Szechuan" Flavor Is Nasty
Sure, pizza is not Chinese food, but if they're going to call it Szechuan flavor, they should at least spice it up like the food of that region. Real Sichuan food is hot and spicy, often using prickly ash oil, sesame oil, green onions, garlic, chili peppers, and soy sauce. The Boston Pizza "Szechuan" flavor did not have any hint of the flavor and spices used in that region of the world, while heavy in flavors from other regions of the world. Nasty.
