Maybe offering ad spaces for singles ads?

Seriously, first it needs contents. The easiest way to do that is feature people wanted by FBI. Harvest it from news feeds and suchlike, eg:
    https://www.google.ca/webhp?sourceid...w=1920&bih=965

Then for monetizing. I would focus on security product ads (Commission Junction, Amazon, etc.), privacy products, private investigator license classes, things of that sort.

A backround check affiliate program could work.

You could see if there are affiliate programs for training courses for people who want to go into law enforcement.

You could also find things like spy cameras and devices that detectives would use and sell them (keep them legal).

Find books on Amazon and Barnes and Noble about the FBI and famous criminal cases going way back to prohibition.

There may be places you can get 'kitsch' like antique badges and other law enforcement memorabilia and sell them.

For content if it is a blog enabled website (built on the Wordpress or Blogger platform) you could actually go to the FBI's website and do reports about the Ten Most Wanted' fugitives and give the numbers to contact law enforcement if anybody has information.

For content you could report about IC3.org - the FBI Internet Crime Complaint site.

Lots of possible content with stories about captures done by the FBI in the past and ongoing.

When I think about it, this could potentially be an intriguing site. I'd visit it if it had profiles of criminals wanted by the FBI.

That's the first way I would think of using it, although I'm not sure how to monetize that kind of site.

The other way to go with it is to interpret "wanted by the FBI" as "wanted for employment" by the FBI, in which case there are a few different ways they could go.

P.S. There must also be videos of 'The Untouchables' TV series that could be worth something to collectors. This is vintage FBI! and 'The X-Files' - (I have about 10 of them from eBay)

I was surprised a few years ago when buying some classic movies on videos (VCR remember those?) - they actually have very old movie videos you can get either used or new - and there are companies that box them up and shrink wrap them like new - and of course the ones with the brand new (original) boxes if undamaged are worth more to collectors.

Yeah we are all excited about this! LOL I hope the OP is still watching..

I'd put up pictures of everyone running for election and re election this year with little bios and voting histories. All in fun, of course...

Over time, it would fall into one of two categories: Humor & Prescient
