The legendary guitarist Bert Weedon, died today.

BBC News - Influential guitarist Bert Weedon dies

He's best known for his multi-million selling guitar tutor book "Play In A Day", which was used by Paul McCartney, George Harrison, John Lennon, Keith Richards and countless others to learn their first chords.

Eric Clapton and Brian May are just two more who have cited Bert as a major early influence.
