Where should i sell my website/Domain?

Guys,

I'm considering selling a website that i own, but having never done this before i have no idea where would be best to sell it.
I've checked out sites like Flippa and SEDO but not sure if they're the best places or not?

I'm not expecting to make a whole load of money here but i don't have the time to commit to it any more and don't want all my work to go to waste

It's a sales tips and advice website.
Based on wordpress. Content is all unique, written by 3rd party.
I have adsense on there but not making any money at the moment (<$20).
It has a custom theme, and space for ads in the sidebar.

The domain is a .com - 2 words, no hyphens, no undesirable characters and includes the word 'sales'. Domain is approx 18 months old.


Traffic:

From March 27th - April 26th Google Analytics reports as follows:
Unique Visitors: 405
Pageviews: 838

80% of that is new visitors.

Peak of traffic was in March when i ran an adwords campaign for one day (for a trial) and saw 84 visits that day before my campaign ran out of funds, so traffic is there to be had.

No real SEO work has been done.
The site appears on page 1 of google results for the phrase "open ended sales questions".


any help would be appreciated.
