I was all happy because I installed an app to block Timeline on my Chrome browser and couldn't see ANYBODIES....

But apparently it's now being overridden...

That's irritating. Had mostly stopped using FB because I disliked timeline. There's gonna be a lot of profile pages that look terrible as not everyone is tech savvy enough to create a special profile banner.

I have no idea what the Timeline format is, or will do to my page(s).
And, I don't care.
If it loses too many users, something will come along to pick them up.
Before FB Myspace was the biggie.

Appologies that the info I gave was not accurate. Facebook told me it was changing on the 7th. Mine has changed now, but other people's pages I know have not. I'm not sure whether it is happening in phases???

I don't need timeline profile at Facebook, old version and design of Facebook is good and also user friendly for all kind of activity.
Timeline proves a complicates structure and many user at my facebook time line pages.

Yes Timeline is a different concept than what we are used to on Facebook. Unfortunately, they are all going to change at some point. I don't think it complicates things I think it gives more choice about posting information. Facebook has had many changes, so I'm sure we will get used to these new ones. How long will the Timeline stay for? Who knows?

Facebook announced several months ago they will do it slowly and only in chunks. Each day a few 100'000 accounts will be moved to timeline. Some of my friends were caught with this in April, some beginning of may, as of mid may I still don't have timeline.
