I hate getting ripped off!

I bought a product on here from a very well known member and he hasnt delivered my backlinks. I have emailed him numerous times, pmed moderators to ask if one of them could pm him, tried to get my money refunded by going on paypal and requesting my funds back, but still nothing.

The gentleman is on the forum daily because I always check when I get on and see if he has any activity.

To be honest I really want the links he promised, but its just BS that he doesnt even acknowledge my emails or send a message saying whats going on or why I havent received anything. I have also been reading about other members now that he is doing the same too. What actions can I take next? Also, why is there not something set forth on the forum to protect those of us getting ripped off on the forum?

      How about you do your own 'do diligence' instead of expecting the forum to do it for you.

          I don't think anyone here is "protecting" him. If you commented on his sales thread after buying you alerted others of his bad customer service which is the proper way to handle the issue. And if you followed the steps through paypal, then it will take its course.

          No one here knows the situation better than you and the seller. We are not in a position to get involved.

          Not passing judgement here, just telling you why the forum rule exists.

            It is impossible to "protect" you after the fact.

            That said, if he's not delivering, report him. Click the little red triangle to the lower left of the post starting the sales thread, and fill in the details. That lets the mods know to look into it.

    I think it's a bit unfair to attack the guy by saying you should read the rules, i agree the rules should be adhered to but he's only stating the fact that he has been ripped off.

    Feel sorry for you my friend - I hope you can sort it out with the seller!
