Is There a Wordpress Plugin that Does This?

I want to create a Wordpress page on my site that has a form for people to write an article and submit it to me. It won't be posted on the site unless I manually approve it. It should allow me to ad whatever fields I want on the page (so if I want them to write a title, include a URL, include an image, and write an article).

Anyone know of an already made plugin that does this?

    FormBerry can do it. With this plugin you can actually replace the Wordpress's default commenting form. You can ask as many details as you want from commenters and if you want, you can even add them to your autoresponder list.

    That's super cool. You could also check out Wufoo - it integrates with different email marketing programs like Mailchimp, so that when they do submit something to you, they're also added to your list.
