Anyone Else Experiencing Post Count NOT going up?

I have been stuck on 499 for like forever! I post in different forums on different threads and no matter how many times I post my post count remains on 499.

Is this a bug that is being fixed or is it just me?

You don't get credit in all the sub-forums. For example, the off topic and WSO forums don't increase your post count. Not sure about the others.
