Do you sometimes use Sichuan pepper or prickly ash oil (aka Sichuan pepper oil) as a spice in the foods you cook?

    • Interesting, with coconut oil? What style food do you cook? We usually usually fry food with peanut oil, ginger, garlic, chili pepper, and soy sauce, adding Sichuan pepper to that, and sometimes sesame oil as well.
