I've been noticing a trend at the Huff of writing some excellent and informative articles lately.
    This is one of them.

Yeah, I guess they got a few old fashioned mechanical clocks. But even I posted a few things from them.

creatine is the immediate precursor to ATP.
creatnine is a residual chemical created by the destruction of muscle and certain other tissues. There is a RUMOR that creatine will become creatnine after some time after it has been exposed to water, but that is clearly overblown.

      wikipedia says:

Creatinine (from the Greek κρέας, flesh, pronounced, krē-'a-tə-nēn, -ən cre·at·i·nine) is a break-down product of creatine phosphate in muscle, and is usually produced at a fairly constant rate by the body (depending on muscle mass).

One in THREE Americans at risk? Time to stop the crap and go after whatever it is that is causing that many people to be at risk for anything. This is just plain unacceptable.

Sal, two things that are causing it is bad foods and bad drugs.
I've heard Advil is the leading over the counter drug that is a major cause of kidney disease.
As far as foods, modified foods are not good for us,nor are the "safe" chemicals that people uses, such as the artificial sweeteners, just to name one.

I can imagine your hands were shaking as you pasted in the link, Kim. You were probably starting to question whether you should go through with it. Maybe you were sweating a little, and had a tear in your eye, begging the powers that be to take that burden from you. But, you pulled it off! Nice job.

Oh, but I wasn't referring to the Huffington Post - I was referring to: "Huffer - Someone who is addicted to inhalants. Usually involves a rag soaked with some dangerous chemical and placed in a paper bag to be inhaled. Spray paint is commonly used. (Metallic spray paint gives the best results.)" :p

              Most likely!

If you ever want to see a quirky movie (that's funny) watch 'Citizen Ruth' starring Laura Dern (1996) - she's a huffer too
