The Movie event of 2012?

PROMETHEUS!

ANYONE INTO THIS? Prequel to Alien but very litle of the Alien creature in it. More about the Space Jockies and how/why yhe Alien creature came about etc.. Direct by the Man himslelf Riddley Scott. ..I am not 100% sure what the story is about as I do not want to spoil it. But leads upto Alien (Sigounrey Weaver 1979)

Looks top notch! Booke dmy seat for Friday....

    Yes looks like they have spent a lot of money on specials and the story line was about 5 years in the making. It's going to be a classic! Supposedly ends where Alien starts.....:-)

    I think it is going to be a hit everywhere. Alien has a huge "cult following"...Biggest grossing movie of 2012? Maybe this or the Hobbit I think.

      Jackson made a decent movie out of The Lord Of The Rings, but he didn't make a movie of The Lord Of The Rings.

      And now he is going to do the same thing to The Hobbit.

      I'm sure it will be a blockbuster, but it still won't make it the story of The Hobbit.

    I think this movie will be out in theaters next week. Can't wait to watch it. The ship in this movie is the one that crashed in the first Alien film.

    OK it was a very good movie. Not an all time classic but still very good. Very well made and really interesting storyline. A little bit behind Alien and Aliens in terms of how good it was.

    Basically shows how that ship in Alien came to be where it was and how the Alien came about. Brilliant story line that keeps you glued to the screen.

    My only slight cryticism was....i was stil left asking "why" at the end. It would have been great to explain it all and tie it off.

    I'll give it 8/10 Def. worth seeing.

    yeah about 70% of the movie is inside that ship... Shows the Space Jockies...
