Sci-Fi Movie Mistakes: 'The Matrix,' 'Blade Runner,' 'Star Trek' And More (PHOTOS)

    Might be interesting if I could actually see the mistakes without jumping through hoops.

    However, there is a position in movie-dom called the "continuity coordinator" whose job is
    to see that everything is as it should be from scene to scene.

    One recent faux-pas I saw was on an old Matlock episode.
    In the opening scene Matlock had his fishing rods in the back seat of his car and they extended through the middle of the bucket seats in the front.
    In the following scenes they were nowhere to be seen.

      Yes, indiddly, as well as the film editor. I have to say, however, I wonder about whoever takes a fine tooth comb to nitpick through such stuff in the examples presented. I couldn't even make out anything in the Matrix doorknob reflection mistake.
