The hardware is pretty impressive. But then we all know that it's the apps that make the difference. If Microsoft does not come up with lots of useful apps in its marketplace then the Surface will have a hard time competing with the iPad and Android tablets.

New tablet from the side of Microsoft the name Surface, is best with magnetic power. I specially like super ultimate colors of keypad of this tablet. Hope, its having more new and advanced feature in future. But its a down step of this tablet, if its not having some thing better then iPon or Samsung Galaxy tablets.

Well there is one thing that tablets should have right now and hopefully Microsoft will be able to provide it.

All tablets need a decent word processing software that has features like a word counter and a grammar checker while you are using your keyboard.

I'm extremely disappointed with the fact the the eee pad transformer prime didn't have a software like this.

I think if this is coming from Microsoft with windows 8 installed, then it should be able to run softwares run by our pc and laptops with been using, But i think microsoft wouldn't be so open like android or apple. they will be just like blackberry.

I think, This fresh tablet from the side of MS the name Surface, is perfect with magnetic power. I really love its super ultimate colors of keypad of this tablet.

It's nice, but it won't be able to compete with iPad, but it will with the multiple varieties of Android tablets.

The biggest thing about the tablet is the price, I think there are 2 versions and the pro version is supposedly about the price of the ultrabooks... definitely not cheap for a tablet+keyboard cover.
