Help! Medical bills and a Firesale

I've been going through a rough patch lately, with health issues that delayed projects and required surgeries - so my cashflow has taken a hit, and I'm left with a bit less than 4 weeks to gather the money needed to pay my medical bill before flying back to Canada.
