At 1:23 of this tape, he can be seen in the background amongst the trees. He's been selling portable musical instruments to campers. Tried to sell a guitar and a drum kit to the Mountie who wanted to first try them out before committing. It is unclear if HBS has broken any laws. If so, it could get murky since he's not a Canadian citizen.
