Hello everyone I know this is a little weird but I need some help. I have to start looking for another job in the next month or so and I have typed up my resume.

I know this sounds kind of sad and pathetic but I don't really have any friends to proof read it for me. I was hoping I could get some other eyes on it here just to see any mistakes I might be missing or maybe offer some advice.

I know this is a strange request but I really do need some help. My husband has looked at it but he is not very good at this type of thing. I have blocked out all the phone numbers and personal stuff and uploaded it to one of my websites as a PDF. If anyone could take a look and offer a fellow warrior a little hand on something non warrior related I would really be grateful to you. below is the link. As I said there is nothing personal on here but my name which you all already know. Thank you so much in advance.

PS I hope I am not breaking any kind of rule I really do just need a little feedback. If I have done anything wrong I am sorry.

The only thing that jumped out at me was:

    All administrative task and invoicing
Handled all administrative task and invoicing

Maybe that's personnel department speak or something, but to me it seems like it should be "tasks" in both instances. Task being singular, and you're talking about multiple duties.

    Good luck!

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, someone changes the rules.

Ah! I see, yes you are right. This is exactly the kind of silly thing I would have missed. Thank You so much for taking a peek and helping me out.

Thank you all so much. I have been getting this done so late at night. I was afraid it would be riddled with those little typos that I could stare at for hours and never see. I truly do appreciate you guys taking the time to look it over for me. I love my hubby but he is not a great proof reader. Plus it never hurts to have fresh eyes. Thanks again.

      Hi Herbalhound,

It is a good habit to make some one check your work. We are lucky to have friends like Warriors to help in even small matters. Good luck!

I recently heard an HR Supervisor give some very good advice. "Know what the perspective employer DOES - Products and/or Services - and tell them WHAT you can do for them that best fits with their needs." She indicated that very few of them were interested in what you have done in the past as much as WHAT you can do for them NOW. Remember the #1 Rule = Things Change. What do your past experiences and skills allow you to perform NOW? I hope this helps.....

My best advice is: Develop your own business and Grow it in the direction of Happiness.
    Good Luck, Jim
