Google Ranking Issue without no-follow script

hi guys,

this is the ridiculous issue i am having at my blog.
well i had very low google search ranking. while reading a seo blog post, i came to know if a blog has more no-follow outbound links, its ranking is improved. they gave some kind of javascript code that turns all outbound links including image links to no-follow.
So i tried it, and it did work. my ranking started to move up gradually and it got quite better.
Then an issue arose that i was not receiving any image search traffic, as i use blogger, my images are hosted at bp.blogspot type of urls, which has become no-follow so i don't find any image result in google image search, thats a big loss if you used to receive some image traffic.
So then, i tried removing that no-follow script from my blog, but then after a day or two, my ranking started to decrease rank by rank and i had to insert that code again. Then ranking improved again after a week or so, but i have no option but to use this no-follow script. I want to know if i can make my images do-follow while keeping other external links no-follow.
i have plenty of external file server links on my blog so that could be the reason for no-follow to work for me.
my blog at MobileMovieSite.Com, i have thousands of images but currently they are useless and not available in searches. I need some help to make them searchable while keeping this script.
(you guys already know that no-follow javascript, if somebody can modify it for me, i will put its code here.)
